How does Click and collect work?

All you have to do is select the item that you want to buy and add it to your shopping bag. When you get to the checkout you will have the option to select “click & collect” as a delivery option. At this stage you can choose which of the outlets you would like your item sent to.

Where can I have my click & collect item sent to?

Our free click & collect service is available in the following University Outlets:

Brailsford Sports Centre, Ffriddoedd site

Ffriddoedd shop, Ffriddoedd site

How long will delivery of my order take?

It depends on the item you have ordered, some items are kept at our suppliers stores and can take up to a month to arrive. You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be collected.

How can I collect my order?

You will be required to give your unique order number which will be emailed to you following your purchase. You will also need to show the card that you have used to pay for your item and will need proof of identification e.g. driving license, passport, Bangor University student or staff card. You will be asked to sign to confirm that you’ve picked up your order.

How long do I have to collect my item?

You'll have 5 days to collect your item from receiving your email to say this has arrived at your selected outlet.
